For the last two decades Jackie Becker has specialized in the Bay Area recruiting industry focusing on the administrative and human resources fields within the Financial Services, High-Tech and Bio Tech communities. Upon graduating from San Jose State with a degree tailored to recruiting, Jackie immediately began securing top-notch personnel for challenging positions within highly-regarded organizations. 

Jackie has enjoyed an independent recruiting status since 1990, affording her the freedom to guarantee her placements while remaining completely flexible to the unique hiring needs of each client company. Each and every search that Jackie undertakes is a priority that is personally handled and not networked out to other agencies, job boards or posting sites.  This dedication to personal attention and service guarantees confidentiality and the acquisition of only the highest-caliber candidates.  The quality of the process is paramount.  Thus, client selection and the quantity of active searches are controlled to ensure that no recruiting effort is ever compromised.

Being with Array for almost 5 years now, Amanda has a multitude of experience and knowledge when it comes to finding and placing exceptional candidates in their dream job. Amanda brings to the team organization, process management and database management that the team has come to truly depend on. With a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University, she dove into the business right away and quickly became Jackie’s second right hand. She wears many hats throughout the day and assists with LinkedIn searches, candidate prospecting, manages Array’s charitable side, and keeps the whole team organized.

Meghan is the newest member to have joined our Array Resources team. She brings a BA degree in Marketing from Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School of Business. With over 4 years of marketing experience she brings a new set of skills and perspective to the team. Meghan loves to meet with potential candidates to discuss furthering their career and getting to learn the business.
